DESIGN BRIEF Conversion of derelict barn into holiday cottage.
PROJECT DETAILS Conversion of a derelict barn to form a 4 bedroom holiday cottage in the Peak District National Park. The original barn structure has been extended to provide a garage and an additional bedroom with en-suite. Due to the nature of the site, access was constrained to one side with the extended areas cut into the hillside. The resulting L-shape courtyard provides a secure area for parking. The garage roof terrace provides an elevated external dining and sitting area.
